From $99 (Side Gig) + your state's filing fee + $14.99/mo compliance plan

The IRS issues EINs at no cost — you can apply yourself in a few minutes. Or we file it for $75, and it's included in the Main Gig package ($199).
Most banks ask for your EIN to open a business account

Apply for a business bank account with one of our banking partners through your Company Sage dashboard and make your first deposit.
Approval is up to the bank, not us — and not everyone is eligible. See the FAQ.

We confirm the deposit with our partner automatically and refund the full price of the formation package you chose.
State filing fees and the compliance plan are never refunded

If a client dispute comes up, an LLC generally keeps it with the business, not your personal savings.
Route Fiverr payouts through a business account, not your personal one, for cleaner books and taxes.
A registered agent and business address help buyers see an established company, not a side gig.

Many freelancers form an LLC once Fiverr income turns steady, even part-time. It separates business and personal finances before a dispute forces the question.
Into a business bank account instead of your personal one. Many sellers open one with a partner bank to keep gig income and personal money apart.
Yes for this offer — Relay requires your EIN to open the account, and Lili asks for it too. The IRS issues EINs at no cost and you can apply yourself. We can file it for $75, and it is included in the Main Gig package ($199).

Yes. Every formation includes the Standard compliance plan at $14.99/month or $179.88/year: registered agent service (every state requires one), annual report preparation and filing, mail scans and a business address. It is required at checkout and is not refunded. You can cancel it any time from your dashboard, but you must then appoint another registered agent with your state and you lose the plan's features.
You can form a US LLC from anywhere, and you do not need a US Social Security Number to open an account with either of our banking partners. Relay asks for your EIN confirmation (the IRS CP 575 notice, or a 147C letter), the state-stamped formation document, a passport, and the name, date of birth and address of each owner; your registered agent address can serve as the business address. Residents or citizens of countries under US sanctions cannot be onboarded, and the list changes — check Relay's current policy before you buy. Lili accepts non-US residents with a US business only if they live in: Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, China, India, Israel, Australia or New Zealand. If neither bank can onboard you, you can still form the LLC, but you will not be able to claim this refund.
The formation fee is not refunded, and the LLC still exists. You keep its ongoing obligations: the state's annual report and fees, any state taxes, and the compliance plan unless you cancel it. We recommend confirming you meet a partner's eligibility rules before purchasing.
No. Our banking partners decide who they approve. If a partner declines your application, we can't refund your formation fee.
Your package price — $99 Side Gig, $199 Main Gig or $399 International+ — covers our formation fee only; your state's filing fee is separate and varies by state. Whichever package you choose, the full formation fee is refunded when you fund your account. Filing time depends on your state.

From $99 + state fees and a $14.99/mo compliance plan. Fund a partner bank account and the formation fee comes back.
